WHO WE ARE

OUR MISSION

We exist to glorify God by loving Him and loving people, and we love best by leading others to Him.

OUR VISION

To be a vibrant family transformed by the love of Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, taking the gospel to the world.

OUR VALUES

LOVE FOR GOD

We strive to love God with all that we are— heart,  soul, mind and body — through worship, prayer, and a commitment to living according to His Word.

LOVE FOR OTHERS

We are called to love others as ourselves, treating everyone with dignity, compassion, and respect. This love is best expressed in the gift of the gospel.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH

We commit to growing as disciples of Christ, nurturing our faith through teaching, fellowship, and a deeper understanding of the Bible.

MISSIONS

We are here to serve. Inspired by Jesus' example, we seek to engage in our community for the sake of the gospel.

UNITY

We believe in unity within our diversity, celebrating the gifts and perspectives each person brings as we pursue God’s purposes together.

TRUTH AND INTEGRITY

We aim to reflect Jesus’ teachings, living lives of integrity and transparency as His followers.

OUR BELIEFS

Baptists are a people of deep beliefs and cherished doctrines. Throughout our history we have been a confessional people, adopting statements of faith as a witness to our beliefs and a pledge of our faithfulness to the doctrines revealed in Holy Scripture.

GET TO KNOW OUR AWESOME LEADERSHIP TEAM

Senior Pastor

Brian was born and raised in Texas until he moved to Georgia during his high school years. He sensed a call to ministry following his time at Kennesaw State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Following a brief time owning his own business, Brian began attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and serving at Roswell Street Baptist Church.

He received his Master of Divinity with a specialization in Christian Education. Brian and Kelli married in 2014 and are proud parents to Ellis and Edie Ann. In his spare time, he loves being outdoors with the family camping, hiking, fishing and hunting.

“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” ~Romans 8:28

Associate Pastor

Disicpleship & Family Ministries

Derek moved from Florida in March to join the staff at LFBC. He served two churches in Florida and also taught elementary and high school students. Derek has a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University. He and his wife Jill along with their two children live in Dacula.

Director

Worship & Music Ministries

Colin was raised with a deep love for music and grew to love its part in ministry. Over the last 20+ years, he has built a career in the foodservice & real estate industry and the local church, serving in roles such as orchestra director, interim worship leader, and co-director of intergenerational choirs. He has a passion for creating worship environments where all generations can come together to glorify God.

Throughout his journey, Colin has been mentored by faithful leaders who helped shape his calling and deepen his spiritual walk. He is especially drawn to ministries that foster mentorship, youth development, spiritual growth, and musical excellence within the body of Christ.

When he’s not serving in ministry, Colin enjoys the company of his wife, Lisa, his 5 kids, cheering for the San Francisco 49ers, great coffee, medium rare steaks, good conversation, and making room for the next generation to flourish in faith and leadership.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

~Philippians 4:13

Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
